Nigel Hughes
I coach and support candidates to secure great career moves. We have a sizeable network and proven ability to recognise talent. My background is in the Trade and Retail Sector, building high performing teams.
Outside of Hughes my other passions are my family, cricket and of course, being from Robin Hood territory, Nottingham Forest Football Club. My most important role of all is being a dad to Charlotte and Harry, step-dad to Danny and husband to Sara who I'm glad to welcome into the family business.
Sara Hughes
My role is to broaden the types of candidates we support and the roles we engage in. My background is in the Health Sector, leading teams in the planning and delivering of frontline and back office services.
Aside from my nearest and dearest, my other true loves are our dogs, and getting out into the countryside.
